  • Take an active part in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts of Net Revenue planning with a detailed understanding of G2N assumptions for NKA channel;
  • Lead monthly IBP cycle in part of FY P&L preparation by clients based on YTD actual and YTG plans;
  • Monthly variance analysis by clients/categories, timely preparation of different management reports based on actual results;
  • Build effective communication with NKA Sales team, help them to understand their plans and actual deviations vs plan;
  • Lead monthly review with NKA sales team to discuss actual results, reasons for deviations vs plan to understand potential risks and opportunities;
  • Alert Manager Commercial Finance in case of new risks and opportunities were identified; 
  • Assess ROI for NKA promo investments, help the Sales team to find ways to improve ROI; 
  • Active participation in NKA annual negotiation campaign in part of different scenarios calculation for NR growth and required G2N investments; 
  • Take part in different company projects related to NKA channel
  • Ensure self-professional growth via functional development tools (ACCA/CIMA etc.), as well, developing non-functional skills and abilities through intensive usage of Self-Learning tools and processes, continuous on the job learning.


  • University degree in economics, finance or management accounting, or applied mathematics 
  • Good knowledge of US GAAP / International Accounting Standards and Statutory Accounting system 
  • Knowledge of modern multinational business environment and understanding of the cross-functional relationship and information flow
  • ACCA/CIMA or similar professional qualification (maybe in the final stage of qualification)
  • Fluent English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • *Temporary contract – substitution during the maternity leave (18 months)
