Обязанности

  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Represent Procurement function as valuable partner at a plant , country
  • Link with stakehodlers proactively to understand business needs
  • Facilitate or form a link between the local business users or HUB Planners and the Procurement organization.
  • Diffuse and ensure the respect of the Procurement procedures (including ZBB policies). Comply to the global procurement related procedures & policies
  • Guarantee efficient use of the purchasing systems by all users providing them assistance when necessary.
  • Act as first escalation point for local business users or HUB Planners related issues and drive resolution in line with regional and global Procurement policies.

        Cross-functional  co-operation and strong communication/co-ordination with Replenishment and with internal customers.

        Input/share country specific by reflecting macro economical facts (local inflation/devaluation,energy,transportation,minimum wage,etc.)

        Lead and boarding of SA partners for market specific materials/commodities, processes (customs,etc.).

  • Coordinate local contract implementation tasks with Spend Area Managers and users:
  • Coordinate and participate in the execution of the contract implementation plan.
  • Prepare and execute training for the end users.
  • Promote the use of global or regional contracts.
  • Lead the phase out of the old contracts and procedures.
  • 100% compliance for the country specific policies like CAF approvals,finance & security checks,etc.
  • Support Strategic Sourcing responsibilities:
  • Upon request by the Spend Area Manager during the sourcing process provide input on local spend situation and Spend Area practices.Conduct local sourcing initiatives wherever applicable:
  • Gather local internal customers’ requirements.
  • Provide insights on local supplier market.
  • Identify with stakeholders any local legal requirements that necessitate an adaptation of the contract.
  • Support local supplier qualification assessment.
  • Support local supplier financial validationSupport development of the contract implementation plan.
  • Negotiate  local conditions (local companion agreement) for regionaly/globaly driven contracts
  • Provide all country specific business needs to SA & Procurement Categories.
  • Support/ Interact with  Projects Management  teams:
  • Align regional strategy with NPD launches on the point of  Supplier choice and  cooperation conditions (lead time, prices for regular deliveries):
  • Ensure Supplier Relationship Management is at place;
  • Negotiate and manage Supplier’s capacity restrictions, best scenarios for pack supply, special approach for PROMO and other limited editions, etc.);
  • Brief Supplier on the project details and keep it informed on the project progress;
  • Provides the price for pack costing on the request.

Support/ Interact with CMaaS:

Verify purchase request quality if contacted by CMaaS (Contract Management as a Service) ), support on missing prices in the Cost Models, , verify proper price to CMaaS if any price discrepancy  is revealed in Dispatch docs vs MDLZ accounting system SAP;

   Quality

  • Own the claim management process at local base
  • Share OTIF & QN reports with stakeholders and suppliers (whenever needed)
  • Supplier Quality validation (GFSI)

Compliance & Integrity

  • Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position.
  • Raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue.
  • Apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.
  • Make sure all stakeholders/business and other functions of procurement kept up to date for all country specific regulations,laws,bans that are impacting PtP process. (Ex:Customs,trade sunctions,etc.)
