Обязанности

Goal of the position: Lead the design and implementation of organization's route to market strategy and capabilities development so that ensure sustainable business growth and meet business needs.

REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR RUSSIA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the processes and projects related to RTM strategy at cluster (Eastern Europe) level (analyze current and prepare strategic mid-term (2-3 years) RTM strategy for the markets of the cluster);

  • Lead the re-evaluation of value chain by channel/brand and recommendations on further development strategy;

  • Design efficient coverage models through channels and territories;

  • Design win-win distribution management model, ensure the analysis is in place in order to define gaps vs. benchmarks on a regular basis;

  • Ensure development and implementation of distributors network and investments strategy;

  • Ensure annual evaluation of Trade Terms & Conditions for Distributors and recommended contract changes;

  • Ensure sales organization service model evolution matching against goals and targets of all channels;

  • Ensure alignment of RTM strategy and capabilities development through "one way of selling" implementation across the cluster;

  • Ensure development, deployment and sustainability of SFA solutions for entire sales organization.


Требования

  • Bachelor degree is required. Management or Marketing major preferred.
  • Experience in building and maintaining proper business relationship with customers
  • Dealing with ambiguity, business acumen, customer focus, strategic agility, drive for results, building effective teams
  • PC skills: MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint
  • English - fluent.
  • Driving license
