·       Order processing and administration, process MDLZ-driven modifications incl. setting of service-related reason codes, delivery creation per shipping point;

·       Drive and secure Customer Service Level for respective Customers;

·       Ensure warehouse & transport efficiencies are achieved through optimal order replenishment, Direct Plant Shipment, Big Order Split and correct carrier determination;

·       ATP key activities, identify and coordinate short term allocation needs that can be covered with deployment, manage product allocation;

·       Reallocate stock to prioritize orders/customers in alignment with Customer Collaboration and Sales;

·       Ensure availability of a specific product segment, early identification of potential out of stocks;

·       Ensure transparency of risks and communicate them to the Manager and other stakeholders;

·       Support and execute material determination on Order and Customer level;

·       Virtual stocks management, rescheduling on Order level;

·       CSL reporting analysis and service-related reason codes gatekeeper on Customer level;

·       Ensure order process administration accordingly SOPs;

·       Accountable for communication with Back Office by operational questions /Ensure that all needed information for Back Office are provided on time;

·       Active participation in Cross-Functional meetings, problem-solving with warehouse provider, close interaction with Customer Collaboration and Credit Control;

·       Back up relevant OFF Specialist.


Skills/Leadership Competencies required:
  • Customer Service orientation, performance motivation, communication skills;
  • Knowledge of corporate policies, deep understanding of CS&L processes;
  • Capability to work with remote CS team.
Functional/ Technical Skills required:
  • High level SAP competence, profound SAP,BI, SQL and MS-Office knowledge;
  • Good numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills;
  • English Upper Intermediate level – preferred.
   Experience required:
  • Experience in FMCG company min 1 year;
  • Experience in CS&L department – preferred;
  • Experience in a customer facing role – preferred.
*Temporary contract ~ 1 year  – substitution during the maternity leave
