1. Support global / regional strategy development and planning in the region

  • Development of Global / Regional strategies in MEU for Facility management sub-Spend Area to drive business expectations.
  • Regional supplier negotiation strategy and process.
  • Support strategy execution within the region.

2. Collaborate and leverage Market needs and regional Insigh to the Regional FM sourcing Manager

  • Ensure communication, reporting and leverage synergies for Global sourcing
  • Attend to Global FM meeting/call

3. Support stakeholder engagement, collaboration of teams, and supplier relationships.

  • Manage stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the end-to-end sourcing process.
  • Support global supplier relationship management (SRM) program for the assigned Spend Area & region.
  • Manage commercial supplier relationships and contracts for its region

4.  Accountable for regional / local productivity projects that ensure delivery against agreed financial targets

  • Identify potential productivity/savings strategies and levers
  • Obtain buy-in / endorsement from regional management and stakeholders for proposed initiatives
  • Track project execution and report progress and achievements
  • Execute initiatives within the areas of responsibility such as competitive bidding where appropriate, supplier performance evaluations, etc.

5. Propose sourcing solutions that streamline and optimize buying processes in line with overall sourcing strategies

  • Ensuring full compliance to Procurement procedures
  • Ensure streamlined and timely process to execution in systems
  • Responsible to develop & Maintain Spend area card sourcing for each GMCS with LPR support

6. Support and Administrative

  • Ensure all area/ local procure to pay requirements are fulfilled and necessary issue resolution is provided.  Act as final regional EE FM escalation point
  • Generate management reports as required
  • Support / lead special MEU projects in the area of assigned responsibility
  • Link, communicate, and support LPR team, organizing regular call and information sharing


  1. Appropriate University Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain
  3. Skills/Leadership Competencies: Strategic Sourcing and Negotiation, Project Management and Communication, Relationship Management, People and Change Management   
  4. Languages: Fluent English, Russian and Ukrainian is must
