Обязанности

  • Developing of category growth strategy and picture of success for each retail environment, including Modern Trade and Traditional Trade and by each of 5P (product, placement, promo, pricing, POSM) as commercial standards of category in-store presence for Sales organization;
  • Developing of Channel strategies for Key brands for Russian market and their execution plans leadership with following progress reporting to Sales LT;
  • Developing in-store execution Sales toolkits to enable implementation of strategies across channels;
  • Preparing business enhancers package in terms of next year planning for all channels Russian market (corporate and regional programs);
  • Leading "white space" opportunity development programs for Russian Market;
  • Participate in Joint business planning with key retailers as contributor to Growth strategies of key clients on behalf of the Category;
  • Contribute to Category brand-marketing plans and activations on core assortment and new products as Sales expertise holder.


Требования

  • Higher education;
  • Sales experience min 3-4 years;
  • Role in trade marketing or category planning and activation minimum 2-3 years;
  • Experience in project leading and people management;
  • Good knowledge of financial profitability basics in terms of promo planning;
  • Multi task strong performance;
  • English - upper intermediate
