Обязанности

  • Innovation budget ownership of all categories and channels, incl. annual planning, revising and reporting;
  • Cost optimization initiatives launch and implementation;
  • Development of performance tracking system for categories, materials and suppliers: set of targets, KPIs, ROI
  • POSM & allied services management across EECA cluster (12 markets), incl. strategy development and implementation on operational level;
  • Managing logistics infrastructure of the materials across EECA Cluster;
  • Stakeholders management: internal (sales, marketing, finance, legal, purchasing, CP&A) and external (suppliers, agencies, service companies);
  • Procedures and processes embedding, tracking and control: from planning, budgeting, and production to transportation, warehousing and utilization;
  • Leadership of sourcing process transformation on cluster level in collaboration with Regional team;
  • Business input providing to tenders for long-term positions: from brief to suppliers' selection in close collaboration with marketing, sales, purchasing departments;
  • Creation of center of excellence for marketing material and services market on local and regional scale;
  • CATMAN projects development with tailored innovative solutions ("on shelf availability", "augmented reality") & implementation with local and international Key Accounts;
  • Managing the team of 11 people on 12 markets;
  • Be as an enabler for CATMAN in order to create a joint value creation with retailers. Define innovative ideas and implement them via tailored projects in stores


Требования


  • Higher education degree;
  • Relevant work experience from ~2 years (overall experience ~10Y);
  • High analytical and organizational abilities;
  • Understanding of sales organization principles;
  • Knowledge in supply chain field;
  • High communicational skills;
  • In depth knowledge of POSM provider pool;
  • Accuracy, responsibility, communicability, high stress-resistance;
  • English knowledge: upper-intermediate or higher;
  • Advanced computer skills (confident user of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
