Обязанности

  • Development of Customers strategies for chocolate brands for Russian market and their execution plans;
  • Leading Chocolate Category agenda in 3 NKA customers, ensure profitable growth and market share expansion;
  • Preparing selling story build on killing insights to secure excellence in execution;
  • Lead price & promo strategy agenda for Russian market, contribute into Chocolate Category growth strategy;
  • Be key counterpart and decision maker for key sales leaders on behalf of the Category in terms of forecasting and activation planning on regular basis;
  • Contribute to Category brand marketing plans and activations on core assortment and new products as sales expertise holder.


Требования


  • Higher education;
  • Sales experience min 1,5-2 years;
  • Role in trade marketing or category planning and activation minimum 2-3 years;
  • Good skills in excel, ppt Nielsen, GFK;
  • Experience in project leading;
  • Good knowledge of financial profitability basics in terms of promo planning;
  • Multi task strong performance;
  • English - upper intermediate.
