He/ She will participate in the Site Leadership team to implement and drive IL6S and HPWS culture at the site.

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing and related processes is conducive for achieving 100% production results, employee engagement, autonomous maintenance at the site and promoting a “Zero Loss Mindset” through manufacturing department.

He / She is the leader for growth of MDLZ Manufacturing function to ensure smooth & efficient operation of production facilities meeting high results with SQDCSM criteria.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing plant operation:
  • Ensure production plan execution with good product as cheap and as quickly as possible
  • Control used raw and pack materials, finish goods outcome and alignment with fiscal regulations on production floor
  • Provide cleaning process for technological equipment in line with standards
  • Ensure alignment with safety and quality standards working on the plant
  • Ensure CIL standards and requirements to run technological equipment developed and used
  • Support the IL6S culture at production department and consistently improve capability of the staff
  • Provide trainings to new comers and support competences to existing staff
  • Managing plant maintenance:
  • Lead activities related to maintenance department and services of the plant (maintenance, modernization of the plant assets)
  • Organizing control and regulations on engineering and services of the plant
  • Provide team with necessary level of knowledge on technical side and consistent growth, increasing efficiency of production and decrease of the financial losses – zero losses mentality
  • Consistently increase the level of organization at manufacturing department as on technical side of production as on people communication
  • Lead contract management process on service contracts side
  • Provide budget requirements to keep plant in operating conditions, track it and consistently provide productivities and savings with assets optimization
  • Development of HPWS and IL6S culture:
  • Develop a roadmap for building the HPWS and IL6S culture at the manufacturing and maintenance department and lead it
  • Promote a “Zero Loss Mindset” amongst all team members to support the site on the “Zero Loss” journey
  • Resource management planning:
  • Manage resources planning and hiring process for manufacturing function ensuring proper people are in right places
  • Ensure proper people development actions and performance appraisal are in place
  • Safety and environment:
  • Align with regulations at safety and environment areas within operation and maintenance activities
  • Drive the zero incidents culture and improve S&E knowledge and awareness of the staff
  • People management: manage and develop team to ensure its competencies are aligned with the Organization needs


  • University degree, in Engineering and/or Technological, food industry qualification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years at food industry (Production, Maintenance, Engineering preferred, Section Manager experiences highly recommended)
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Assignments or responsibilities in CI, Quality and SSE
  • Knowledge and practice of TPM / IL6S and HPWS
  • Understanding of processes at food industry and technology of it, strong knowledge on safety and quality aspects at operation of the food production.
  • English on intermediate+ level

  • Management of engineering team (maintenance and utilities) of the plant
